Cooking and dining together
The open kitchen has everything you need to make something delicious: induction hob, oven, espresso machine and a dining table that seats the whole group. Perfect after a fresh catch or a trip to the market.
Two bedrooms, plenty of privacy
There are two bedrooms on separate floors, one with a 180 cm bed and one with a 160 cm bed. Everyone has their own space, and during the day you come together in the living room. Warmly furnished, with reading lamps and time for a lie-in. Breakfast in bed? The tray is ready and waiting.
Two bathrooms, no waiting
Each floor has its own bathroom. One has a double washbasin and a walk-in shower, and there is a separate toilet. Towels and toiletries are provided, so all you need to bring is your suitcase.

What people often ask us
How do I book the apartment?
Choose your dates on the Book page, fill in your details and send your request. You don't pay anything at that point. We check whether your dates are still free and let you know quickly, usually within 72 hours. Once we approve, you'll receive an email with a payment link. Your booking is confirmed as soon as you've paid the advance payment and the security deposit.
What does a stay cost?
The price per night is €120 in the low season, €155 during school holidays and long weekends, and €180 during the summer holidays. A fixed final cleaning fee of €60 is added. On the Book page you can see the price per date and the total for your stay straight away.
How and when do I pay?
After approval you pay the advance payment (30 per cent of the rental price) and the €250 security deposit. You pay the balance 14 days before arrival; you'll receive a new payment link for it. You pay by bank transfer; you'll receive the payment details by email.
What is the security deposit and when do I get it back?
The €250 security deposit covers any damage or extra cleaning. If everything is in order after you leave, we refund it to the account you paid with, usually within a few working days.
How many people can stay?
The apartment sleeps up to 4 guests, with 2 bedrooms (one 180 cm bed and one 160 cm bed) and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms are on separate floors.
Is the apartment suitable for two couples or a group of friends?
Yes. There are two bedrooms on separate floors, each with its own bathroom nearby, so everyone has plenty of privacy. During the day you get together in the living room, at the dining table or on the terrace.
Can I bring my dog?
Dogs are not allowed as a rule. Would you still like to bring your dog? Ask us beforehand and we'll see together whether it's possible. Please also mention it in the message with your request.
Is there parking?
The apartment has no private parking. You park on the street nearby: the area around the apartment is an orange zone, and a green zone, where parking is cheaper, is very close by. You can pay at the parking meter or by text message or app. Always check the signs on site for the exact hours and rates.
