What data we keep

When you send a request, we keep your name, email address, phone number (if provided), the chosen dates, the number of guests and your message. We use this data to handle your request, manage your booking and email you about your stay.

Payments

You pay by bank transfer. We see your name and account number on our bank statement, as with any transfer.

Who we share data with

Only with the parties needed to provide the service: Mollie (only for online payments), our hosting partner Netlify (website and database) and an email provider for sending messages. Your data is never sold.

How long we keep it

We keep booking data for as long as required by law or for accounting purposes, usually seven years. We delete data from unfinished requests on request.

Cookies

This website uses no tracking or advertising cookies. Only the admin area uses a functional session cookie.
