Choose your dates on the Book page, fill in your details and send your request. You don't pay anything at that point. We check whether your dates are still free and let you know quickly, usually within 72 hours. Once we approve, you'll receive an email with a payment link. Your booking is confirmed as soon as you've paid the advance payment and the security deposit.

The price per night is €120 in the low season, €155 during school holidays and long weekends, and €180 during the summer holidays. A fixed final cleaning fee of €60 is added. On the Book page you can see the price per date and the total for your stay straight away.

After approval you pay the advance payment (30 per cent of the rental price) and the €250 security deposit. You pay the balance 14 days before arrival; you'll receive a new payment link for it. You pay by bank transfer; you'll receive the payment details by email.

The €250 security deposit covers any damage or extra cleaning. If everything is in order after you leave, we refund it to the account you paid with, usually within a few working days.

The apartment sleeps up to 4 guests, with 2 bedrooms (one 180 cm bed and one 160 cm bed) and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms are on separate floors.

Yes. There are two bedrooms on separate floors, each with its own bathroom nearby, so everyone has plenty of privacy. During the day you get together in the living room, at the dining table or on the terrace.

Check-in is from 15:00, check-out is by 11:00. Need different times? Just ask and we'll see what we can do.

The minimum stay is 2 nights. During the summer holidays (1 July to 31 August) the minimum is 6 nights. For stays longer than 28 nights, please send us a message.

Yes, a discount is possible for stays of 14 nights or longer. Contact us at [email protected] or mention it in the message with your request, and we'll send you a proposal.

A booking is final. If you do cancel, strict terms apply. Cancellation more than 60 days before arrival: the advance payment (30% of the rental price) remains due and is not refunded. Cancellation between 60 and 30 days before arrival: 50% of the rental price remains due. Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival, or not showing up: the full rental price remains due. This also applies in case of illness, so we recommend cancellation insurance. The final cleaning fee and the security deposit are refunded on cancellation. Everything is in the terms.

The apartment is 50 metres from the sea. The Heldenplein and the nearby park are just around the corner.

Dogs are not allowed as a rule. Would you still like to bring your dog? Ask us beforehand and we'll see together whether it's possible. Please also mention it in the message with your request.

The apartment has no private parking. You park on the street nearby: the area around the apartment is an orange zone, and a green zone, where parking is cheaper, is very close by. You can pay at the parking meter or by text message or app. Always check the signs on site for the exact hours and rates.

Yes, the final cleaning is included in the total (€60). We only ask that you leave the apartment tidy.

No, smoking and parties are not allowed. That way it stays quiet for everyone in the building.
